90 years ago, Colony Grill opened its doors in Irish immigrant neighborhood in Stamford. The original owners of Colony were indeed Irish-Americans, but they employed some Italian and Eastern European chefs during the Great Depression which led to the famous thin-crust people our customers love today. 🍀 Now, in tribute to those Irish roots, they’re bringing back their annual Corned Beef & Cabbage Pizza early this year—in honor of their 90th Anniversary.
