Join us at The Crossing Clarendon for free weekly fitness classes in The Loop as part of our Summer Sweat Series.

Join us on Thursday, August 8th, at 6:30 PM for a free body-weight interval training workout. Please bring your own towel, water bottle, and mat. This class is powered by lululemon and led by Lululemon ambassador Dan Kain.

This body-weight, interval training workout will challenge your beliefs that strength can only be built inside a gym with expensive equipment. Strength training is for everyone, and can be done at any time, anywhere, and enhances every aspect of your wellness & fitness!
