Join us at The Crossing Clarendon for free weekly fitness classes in The Loop as part of our Summer Sweat Series.

The series kicks off on Thursday, June 20th, with an all-levels yoga class at 6:30 PM. Please bring your own towel, water bottle, and yoga mat. This class is powered by lululemon and led by lululemon ambassador Ahmed Jabali-Nash.

This inclusive and supportive class welcomes students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Ahmed will lead a dynamic practice that respects your individual needs and abilities.

You can expect a well-rounded session including physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation, all tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community. Whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, or find inner peace, this class is designed for you.
