Free HIIT Workout with Cut Seven
The Crossing Clarendon offers free weekly fitness classes in The Loop as part of our Summer Sweat Series.
Stop by The Loop on Saturday, July 6th at 10:00 AM for a free workout with Cut Seven.
You can only push yourself so far. And there comes a point when that’s not far enough. You think you know your limit until someone pushes you past it. Your teammates remind you why you’re here—they’re the difference between giving up and giving three more reps.
This class will be hosted by Cut Seven instructor Juan Marcano. Please bring your own towel, water bottle, and mat.
