The Crossing Clarendon offers free weekly fitness classes in The Loop as part of our Summer Sweat Series.

Join us on Saturday, August 31st for a vinyasa flow yoga class at 10:00 AM. Please bring your own towel, water bottle, and yoga mat. This class is powered by lululemon and led by Dr. Candace P. Harding PT, DPT, OCS.

Vinyasa Flow is an actively flowing class that places breath with movement (vinyasa is a Sanskrit word that means “to place in a special way”) and focuses on variations on sun salutations as well as standing and seated postures, accessible strength-building movements, backbends, and a closing series with opportunities to get creative and play throughout your practice.
