We are pleased to introduce a new open container policy for the outdoor gathering areas at The Crossing Clarendon. This initiative aims to enhance the overall experience for our visitors by allowing them to enjoy their beverages while exploring our outdoor spaces.
Measures to Maintain Order and Safety
Community Engagement and Feedback
We value the input and feedback from our community. If any issues arise or if residents have concerns, we encourage them to reach out to us directly. We are committed to addressing any problems promptly and effectively.
Encouraging Responsible Enjoyment
Our intent is not to create a party atmosphere, but rather to allow visitors to enjoy their drinks in a relaxed and responsible manner. We believe this will contribute positively to the ambiance of the center without causing undue disturbance.
Continuous Improvement and Monitoring
We will closely monitor the impact of this policy and are open to making adjustments as needed. Our priority is to ensure a positive experience for both our visitors and our surrounding community.
We are excited about the potential benefits of this policy and are committed to working with our tenants, visitors, and neighbors to ensure it is implemented smoothly and successfully. Our aim is to enhance the overall experience at The Crossing Clarendon while maintaining a peaceful and enjoyable environment for everyone.
