Xi’an Famous Foods is the pioneering restaurant brand that introduced the cuisine of Xi’an and China’s Shaanxi Province to the United States. Founded in 2005 and led by James Beard Award nominee Jason Wang, the family-owned company has grown from a humble 200-square-foot basement stall in Flushing’s Golden Shopping Mall into one of the country’s most influential regional Chinese restaurant brands.
